JCVI Sub Committee Meeting Minutes

Upon looking at the members who attended, a name that rang immediate alarm bells was Professor Robert Dingwall. Why the alarm bells, you ask?

[2] Professor Robert Dingwall said on the 13th August 2021 to the Belfast Telegraph.

“First Minister Paul Givan is “probably the bravest” of the UK’s devolved leaders for advocating to lift all restrictions by the end of next month.”

“Professor Robert Dingwall said keeping restrictions in place “comes at a cost” and praised Mr Givan for starting a “dialogue” with the Northern Ireland public on how the region emerges out of the pandemic.

A former member of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) — which advises the Government — the professor of sociology said the DUP MLA was acknowledging the “changing nature” of Covid.”

This essentially raises a false flag that the pandemic is over and shows how out of touch he is. Comments like his create a false sense of security when the risk is greater than ever in reality. They don’t seem to care for the public or our most vulnerable members of society who feel left behind, isolated and prisoners in their own homes.

Society shouldn’t operate like this. Article 2, Human Rights Act 1998 (The right to life) comes into mind.

I also refer to the[3] International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December 1966 entry into force 3 January 1976, in accordance with article 27

Article 12 states :

1. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.

2. The steps to be taken by the States Parties to the present Covenant to achieve the full realization of this right shall include those necessary for:

(a) The provision for the reduction of the stillbirth-rate and of infant mortality and for the healthy development of the child;

(b) The improvement of all aspects of environmental and industrial hygiene;

(c) The prevention, treatment and control of epidemic, endemic, occupational and other diseases;

(d) The creation of conditions that would assure medical service and medical attention to all in the event of sickness.

Article 12 is in clear breach, which is ironic as our country regularly warns other countries when they violate their citizens’ Human Rights. People need to find these laws and shout them from the rooftops. Our citizens do not know their rights, and if there was ever a more pertinent time to understand them, it’s now! In our country, we are witnessing a dereliction of duty by our governments. This is affecting everyone but threatening the lives of our most vulnerable in clear human rights breaches. We have seen breaches throughout the last century, but nothing of this scale affecting so many and affecting all our hard-fought Rights and Equalities.

People need to start shouting about and sharing these laws for the sake of everyone’s lives.

At the beginning, the minutes talk about the AstraZeneca trial data; it was listed as sensitive and therefore not added to the minutes, likewise with the variant vaccine timelines.

[4] While reading the section titled “COVID-19 in Children, one could only read in horror with the points raised to Not vaccinate Children.In the picture below, you will see some of the non-rational arguments not to vaccinate children.

At the time of writing this article, 108 Children have lost their lives to Covid 19.

On the 5th point, they very openly talk about “Herd Immunity by infection,which is unethical, a complete breach of Article 2, Human Rights Act 1998 and many points from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child.

The report is extremely hypocritical. It talks about PIMS, yet elsewhere says, “There is an argument for allowing the virus to circulate amongst children.One doesn’t need to hold a degree in Epidemiology to know that allowing a deadly virus to roam freely amongst children will cause another wave.

Not once does it consider the fact that at least 1 in 7 children will develop long Covid, not once does it consider that even in mild infection, Covid degrades IQ, white brain matter and ages DNA. We are talking about children. We are talking about possibly disabling 1 in 7 children with no true understanding of this Novel Virus and its impact on future health.

When Schools started to return, those who were vaccinated six months earlier (the elderly, vulnerable or [5]HCWs) found themselves at a higher risk of contracting Covid-19 due to waning vaccine immunity. This proves how epidemiologically incorrect and negligent the JCVI is. They realise but don’t care that if a child contracts Covid-19 and their parent(s) are vulnerable or a HCW, they will pass it onto them and so forth, the vicious cycle keeps going.

The full section shows the dangerous intentions of the JCVI and, by proxy, the Government, which in turn will lead to the perfect storm for a new dangerous variant to arise. Time and time again, the JCVI are not interested in following the science. The JCVI are constrained by the narrow parameters the Government gives them to make decisions for the health of our citizens. This must stop.

In other countries in the world, these actions wouldn’t happen, nor would they be considered. However, in the United Kingdom, we have British Exceptionalism. We must do it differently, which means our people must suffer, and many will ultimately die through intentional infection. If we had followed the data and science, we wouldn’t be suffering this preventable, intentionally cruel wave.

One Hundred and Eight Children have lost their lives, their families destroyed because of the actions of the JCVI and Government.

Acting within the narrow parameters set by Government, the JVCI is now unfit to provide advice and should not be allowed to dictate the policy of the response to the virus in any shape or form.  Without clear parameters given to the JCVI, including Human Rights, their recommendations cannot be considered. The Government is blocking the JCVI from acting on behalf of all citizens and using the full scope of data and science.

The actions of the JCVI have cost thousands upon thousands of people their lives, the lives of their loved ones and the scars of long Covid. Our vulnerable members of society have suffered greatly with their mental health. Not because they are CEV or CV, but because they have been abandoned, ignored, their clinical status removed and stripped of the powers to protect their lives and those of their loved ones.

An Independent committee, free from interference, should be established to liaise closely with other countries faring much better. This would provide a better outcome, enabling society to feel safe and not as though they have been thrown to the wolves.
